Lots of diversity! Whetstone is a good experience but the school itself could use some repair. Many of the teachers are very understanding and really care about their students. I wish to see more funding for the performing arts programs and more support for the girls sports teams.

Out of all the Columbus city schools, I'd most definitely recommend Whetstone or Centennial. At Whetstone, I loved the diversity the most. It's one of the most diverse schools in Ohio. Most of the teachers are also pretty nice and and encourage all students to pass and stay on the right path. The only negative side was that the school wasn't always the neatest and there are more fights than the average school.
Whetstone High School is a diverse city school with many opportunities. Everyone from Whetstone High School is very welcoming. I'm a member of the Key Club at Whetstone High School and I had many experiences serving in the community, including sending foods to poor country like Lesotho. I'm currently in mixed ensemble and had a chance to perform at Ohio Theater. I also had an opportunity to conduct research project on brain.
