I’ve learned throughout the past four years that high school is ultimately what you make of it. Westover High School isn’t perfect—I don’t believe that any school is—but I take great pride in being a wolverine. The institution is very accommodating. It felt like home to me. There were times I dreaded getting up in the mornings to go to school, but now that I’ve taken a moment to truly reflect on it, I can say that it was a blessing to be able to go there. I graduate in a few short weeks and it never occurred to me that I would miss Westover so much, but I already do.

WOHS introduced me to an infinite number of great opportunities. The staff was, for the most part, friendly. Most of the teachers were quite engaging, and I was able to make a handful of lasting relationships.

8.4/10 would recommend when compared to other schools in the district.

The school is overall okay, not the best but also not the worst. There are rumors going on saying that this is the worst school, but its really not. Every school has rumors, and most of them aren't true. In your senior year, they will give you a checklist to prep you into the real world. The guidance counselors are all helpful and nice. The administration are sometimes strict, but they are just doing their job.
What I liked about Westover High School was the guidance counselors. They were so kind and open to all of my questions. I would like to change the requirements of having volunteer hours however. Before I transferred, I didn't have to worry about none of that! Now, I have to find time to get the work done.
