Westminster Academy is a nationally recognized, accredited, college preparatory school with rigorous academics, competitive athletics, and award‐winning fine arts. Since it’s founding, Westminster Academy has been decidedly mission‐driven, firmly committed to Christian scholarship, and keenly focused on kingdom impact for the glory of God. Westminster Academy serves Christian families in South Florida by educating and equipping their children to be exceptional thinkers, lifelong learners, and influential leaders with a Biblical and scholarly perspective for college and beyond.

Students in PK2 through 12th grade are prayerfully immersed in a caring, Christ‐centered setting in such a way that Westminster Academy becomes more than a school—it becomes a community. It is within this community that lessons are learned, life is lived, friendships are forged, and worldviews are formed. Together this creates a unique experience not found anywhere else—the Westminster Academy experience.

Westminster Academy provides engaging, helpful teachers for their students in every subject, although it lacks diversity. The teachers are able to help out not only through problems, but if a student needed a friend to talk to or someone to confide to, they knew their teachers would always be there. If Westminster Academy engaged in a more diversely-riched community, there would be nothing else to change!

Westminster Academy puts effort into sports and academics. We definitely are a college prep school because of the many different classes you are able to take. Along with the sports, they coach the players and make sure they are 100% ready for their upcoming games. The teachers are always supporting the students and making sure everyone is on the same page and know the material. The teachers really know how to make each class unique and fun in their own ways. There is always security guards at the gates checking IDs and walking around making sure our campus is safe. The food is beyond amazing and there's always something different but they are healthy and nutritious. The music such as band, orchestra, and choir are blowing people away at every performance. Parents are involved in Lower School with parties and help provide for the classes and help out as much as they can. Everyday is a brand new day at Westminster Academy and brings new features every year for students and staff.
Good academics, I appreciated the fact that they had a lot of dual enrollment math courses, but I wish they would have offered more APs for freshman students. I’m going into college with almost a full year of credits done, which is nice. Also liked how it was possible to be involved in many different extracurriculars at once—I was on sports teams, student government, honor societies, drama productions, and had a job all at the same time, and it was manageable. They’ve got a great student center too. Lack of diversity is a MAJOR downside; school is noticeably divided along racial lines. Also kind a toxic Christian culture there—I went there for about 7 years and got My fair share of brainwashing and religious trauma (thanks for that)... Mr Buit, Dr Groves & Coach Smith are all incredible high school teachers, & I enjoyed Mrs Jones’s & Mrs Thullberry’s classes. So like.. good academics but you might need therapy
