I've been able to be a second generation Wildcat and while I've been at South I've been able to get involved with variety sports, career training and certifications, honors, AP, and IB classes, as well as volunteer opportinuties to give back to the community. While the school could use more funding they do the best they can and so much more. GO CATS!

What I really enjoyed about being apart of the Westerville South student body is that, it is extremely diverse and offers something for every kind of person. For example, South offers the International Baccalaureate Program as well as AP programs and the College Preparatory Program to allow students to be flexible in how they choose to earn college credit. Although the school is well known for its athletic department, its theatre department and educational opportunities are also marveled at.
Westerville South High School has a very diverse student body with students expressing their cultural backgrounds in many positive ways. However, we also have a large number or students that are from low-income families. I would like to see this high school be able to receive the right amount of funds in order for these students to succeed in their education and the future.
