I think overall, Western Sierra is a good school. There are many teachers that genuinely care about their students and want to prepare them for college. Because of this, the academics are very good. Although I personally think the English/history department is stronger than the science/math department. I also think there could be better administrator-student communication and engagement. There could also be better funding for visual performing arts classes. Regardless, I did have a great experience at this school and I feel like I am prepared enough for college.

Western Sierra Collegiate Academy is a very good school academically and in terms of environment. The school has top notch teachers who are excellent at their jobs and the students for the most part are generally really nice and accepting. The school also has a superb college readiness staff that help every student be properly prepared for the college scene. The school also has very cool and awesome clubs for students to enjoy, they have cultural clubs, nerdy clubs, a wide variety for all to enjoy. The school has an awesome sports department and teams that are improving by the day. I hope to see the school thrive more than it already has.
Western Sierra Collegiate Academy is amazing school. The school focuses on learning the concepts and striving for excellency, not just getting good grades, and is more than willing to help students or give them second chances.

If you enjoy learning and want to skip out on all the usual teenage drama, this is the school for you. Because the campus and student body is smaller, you are forced into close quarters with your fellow students, effectively squashing cliques from day one and making bullying nonexistent.

The school treats their students like adults and expects them to act like adults, fostering maturity and an ability to advocate for yourself, ask for help when needed, and be able to make mistakes.

Overall, WSCA is a great school with a diverse student body and a staff that genuinely care about your future and personal happiness. Many students here plan on attending the best universities in the US, typically involving STEM.
