West Oso Is a nice school, they care about your academics. Because it is a low-income school, they offer important tests for college for free. They do Prioritize sports and the students who participate in them!
My experience at West Oso High School has been an honor, I've lived with West Oso community my whole life. I have seen the changes and growths that not only my community has made but as well as my school. As for the students, some may not be the best but as a majority, the students can be kind and caring for one another. Our school pride is stronger than diamonds, at every football game you will hear everybody cheer for our school even for the ones who aren't there. There are somethings I would like to change such as the cleanliness of the school, the consequences that student needs to face for breaking rules, etc. Besides that, there isn't any other school I'd go to in Corpus than West Oso!
When I transferred to West Oso, I thought it would be horrible. I thought it would be like the other two high schools I went to. Nope! My experience with West Oso so far is for the most part good. There is one major thing that really bothers me. The thing that really bothers me is the fact that there's no good communication between the staff. It's not like it should be. The thing that should change about West Oso high school is that the staff and administration needs to have better communication with each other.
