Of all of the schools in Florida I have gone to, this has been the best! They have great choice programs, AICE classes (with AICE Diploma option). So many of the teachers truly care about the students and their success. The ESE program is considered one of the best in the county.

Wellington High School is a lot better than other high schools around West Palm Beach, the student government and school spirit is astonishing to witness! From in-school events to daily after-school sports pushes our school to the number one in the state. Especially in girls Softball, Wrestling, Flag Football and Boys Weightlifting, Football, and Basketball.
My freshmen year was really good, the teachers were good and I felt comfortable. However, when the new principle came to this school a lot of things changed. I felt unsafe and trapped in a jail cell. The new principle had doors that resembled like a jail. It might've been for "safety", but it doesn't feel like that. Instead, it made it more unsafe because it blocked entrances and exits and all the students had to get out through one door. It doesn't feel like the school it used to be. The new teachers don't care about you or teach well. I have experienced racism in this school and I have decided to not say where I'm from because I know I will get joked on from the teachers and students. The food tastes horrible in this school, I have seen middle, elementary and high schools get better food than in this school. However, the clubs are good and the science and math department are good too.
