Everybody here is tired. The students are overworked, even during a WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC. The teachers are barely paid a living wage and often times work over 60 hours a week, if not more. They try their best with us, but so many of us are so beat down by the administration that runs our schools that we rarely go above the bare minimum. We have talent, but unless you happen to be on the football or wrestling team, nobody cares.
There are some really kind teachers who care about seeing kids succeed, although not all of them are like that, it is nice to have had many classes with such teachers over my 4 years. I do wish that student's opinions were a little more valued.
My time at Webster City High School was unforgettable. When people say that high school is one of the greatest time of your life, they were right! Everything from students, to teachers, and the community really made the whole experience memorable. I can't thank enough for everyone who has been involved in my life to help me be successful today.
