Wayne Hills starting to be more align with S.T.E.A.M. It has been a pleasure to see it grow!
The Arts especially has grown and the Science department has become extremely successful is preparing young women to prepare for upcoming area like agriculture and in the development of sustainable products. All students are encouraged to become avid learners and continue to become curious in life.
Wayne Hills encourages the students to have a social conscience and continue with this awareness, after they leave their second home for the last 4 years.

As an avid student-athlete, I experienced Wayne Hills in both forms, both the academic and athletic powerhouse it is. Both have great potential.

The academics and athletics are already doing VERY VERY well, but it can go beyond state rankings and jump into the position of a nationally-acclaimed school if the adminstration would just shell out some money to help make much-needed renovations within the school.

Academics-wise, many classrooms and an entire part of the building is way too outdated. They should be doing a complete renovation and outfitting of these areas.

Athletics-wise, I'm disappointed at the fact that such a legendary school for athletics has such underwhelming resources. The inclusion of a dedicated facility for athletics would help streamline all of our needs and help athletes preform better in their craft. There should also be money dedicated to make better use of the empty fields near the football stadium and build them up to have a more useful presence
I think Wayne Hills offered students a lot of opportunities to get involved with both classroom and extracurricular activities. I found that in my earlier years (freshman and sophomore), there was not much help in helping the transition from middle school to high school. While some may argue that enforcing this strict behavior is a good thing, I found it difficult to engage with my teachers and peers, which I have since learned is a very important skill that students should be encouraged to experience. Because only some students were able to be active in these interactions, it was obvious that many teachers picked favorites, which I think though is realistic, should be limited to make sure students in their earlier years are able to learn those interactions as well, at least on a professional if not personal level.
