Middle school was a big change for me, leaving elementary school where you were still being taken care of. You had one main teacher, you had the same students in your classroom. When you enter middle school - you have to learn to be responsible for yourself. Get to a different classroom for each class. Meet a new group of kids in each class. You are exposed to more diversity and making the right choices, learning to be independent and responsible which then prepares you for high school.
Watson B. Duncan was a good school, however the administration and teachers were terrible. Some teachers barely taught while some others were very good. The administration doesn’t deal with certain situations in a fair manner.
I loved how diverse this school is and they just offer a variety of everything. The teachers are awesome the events are great. I wish I could have stayed here forever.
