My Junior High was the BEST year ever. Every teachers in the building teaches differently and I have to say I can't praise just one. Everyone was super nice and kind to their students. My teachers always helped me whenever I needed help. Science have always been the struggle for me because they're always so many vocabularies. Being a second language learner, it was never easy for me to make sure I know every word choice. However, my teachers were patient enough to kindly helped me out and take their time to educated me. Because I'm a second language learner, I find things in the United States very hard during my Junior High School year. Now that I'm a senior in High School, my old teachers invited me to go and visit them sometimes and talk about living in United States. The teachers are super nice and I we always have good communication with each other whenever we meet. Washington Junior High School is seriously the best school for having such amazing and kind teachers!
When I first arrived at this school, I was very intimidated as to who I should compromise and become friends with. I feared that there would be bullies and that I wouldn't be able to get my locker opened on time and as well as get to my classes on time. But as arrived there, it was like a family welcoming you back home. We had web leaders who would help direct us during our first two weeks of school and the people there were just amazing. It turned out after all that you just had to really be yourself and feel that you don't need to be different to be accepted. That's how I made such honest and reliable friends! The teachers there were also amazing! They would offer you help and many extra credits whenever going through a tough time and they'd just always be there with you along the path making sure that you're on track.
I believe that the Student Culture and Diversity at my school isn't the worse but it could be definitely improve more. But for I myself, am Asian and what I definitely don't like at my school is seeing other cultures not accepting other races because of their differences in beliefs and intellect and as I've recalled earlier, I know that my school isn't the best but there will always be people with negativity out there in the world.
