My experience at my school really wasn't/isn't bad. There are a couple of really good teachers who are very smart, and we have a good amount of science classes with the option of doing honors/AP of them, too. We lose a lot of good teachers though because, unless they have been there for years already, they don't get paid as much as they should, so they move to other schools. A lot of us kids know our school is just a starter school where new teachers come so that they can get the years they need before moving to another school where they can get paid more because they also have some experience now.

I played tennis all four years, and it was fun. We had to raise our own money more really because like any other school they focus more on football during the fall season. Besides that kind of stuff, all of our sports typically get a decent amount of money.

When I first moved to Ohio for my junior year of high school, I found Washington High School to be very welcoming. Many of the students were kind and took the time to help me adjust to this new school. The band is absolutely wonderful and I enjoy every second of it. I feel as though I can participate in any activity that I would like. There are no limits. Everyone is given a chance no matter what a person's background may be.
Overall terrible school. Teachers don't help their students. Terrible food, rude teachers, terrible location, and not safe at all.
