I transferred to Washington Junior year from a private Catholic school Duchesne. Washington was very welcoming to say the least and I fit in very well. However, there is no school pride. Too much segregation between groups of people. In this school there is so much good people but at the same time, as compared to my other school, bad people doing bad things that take away from the overall school experience. I would love to see as a public school more coming together whether its at sports games or activities, because this school lacks a overlapping sense of pride regardless of who you are.

I love how connected everyone at WHS. All students are so supportive of one another and I have seen the student body and faculty come together on multiple occasions over the last few years. The school spirit and excitement for success is pulsing through a majority of the students here. The diversity of students makes it so unique from other schools in the area and it truly feels like one big family. Overall, I love Washington and wouldn't have wanted to spend my time anywhere else! Go Warriors!
Overall, I have had a very good experience at Washington High School. Throughout the years, I feel that they have prepared me very well for collage and what lies ahead of me. All of the teachers are extremely helpful and make students feel like they truly care about us and our academics. I can honestly say that during my four years at Washington, I have loved every teacher and staff member I have gotten to know. Washington is full of diversity and there is something for everyone. I could not think of a better school and community to be apart of.
