Washington High is the best! The teachers are so caring and compassionate about their students and would do whatever they can to help us get far in life. Everyday I come to school not only excited to see my friends, but my teachers too! The environment is so welcoming and diverse. We have students of all races and ethnicities, that come from all sides of the spectrum. The teachers pour their hearts into the work they do and it really shows. The amount of sports and clubs offered is amazing. Washington has an endless number of state titles to back up our sports programs.

Washington High School is a nice school to go to and while there were a few flaws, it was overall a pleasant high school. The teachers were generally very friendly and willing to help when called upon. I found that it was very sports oriented which. This may have been enjoyable to some but I found it was very one sided as other extracurricular activities were lacking in funding when most of the spending was put towards football nonsense. There was a good amount of diversity and all walks of life were accepted at Washington. Administration and faculty was nice and polite and while strict in some areas, were very negligent in others. I feel that Washington, while good at keeping school spirit had a tendency to ignore some areas of importance to some students.
Washington high school in Sioux Falls Sd is very welcoming. Teachers and faculty go out of their way to making sure everyone belongs. As a student, Washington high taught me leadership, hard work and perseverance. Everyday, i am excited to go to school and learn something new. Washington is very diverse making it very easy to belong. Our parents involvement is phenomenal. Every parent goes out of their way to help with activities. Overall, Washington made my high school experience so far amazing. It had made me the person I am today and I plan to use the the skills taught to me by my teachers in college.
