I liked that all the teacher appreciated and paid attention to every student. The teacher cared for the students and their education; even when I wasn't the best student, my teachers gave me skills to be the honor student I am today. The only ting I would change is the student demographics, these teachers deserve better than students who are rude and inconsiderate. I would propose a more selective process in accepting students into the engineering program.

My experience at Booker T Washington has had its ups and downs, but overall they genuinely care about the students and work hard to come up with ways to include us in decisions. We have a new building being built, but this one is old and run down. HISD food is pretty bad regardless, so that's not really the school fault. There is a majority in minorities here, almost 0% in anything other than Hispanic and Black. There is a surplus of organizations to join, but not many students to join them. The administration team does care, but they are extremely strict on us, there is a serious lack of trust and it kind of sucks to be a senior treated almost identically to a middle schooler.
My experience at BTW has been excellent. This school is rooted in pride and history as being one of the 1st and longest standing African American Schools (over a century). She staff is caring and supportive & treat you like family.
