Warwick High School has good aspects and bad aspects as well as a long-standing IB program, however, the school is managed poorly. I enjoyed my time at Warwick because of the teachers that were committed to my learning and willing to help. Though I enjoyed my experience, there would constantly be changes in teachers due to the school's inability to keep positions filled. Our art classes were amazing and had great teachers but were overfilled with students because of the lack of teachers. The testing schedule is my least favorite part of attending Warwick High School due to the fact that the dates would overlap from a lack of communication. One time in particular an IB test was reheduled twice one time it overlapped with the SAT and some students missed their exams because of poor planning. Overall, I would like to see our school become more organized and communicative between teachers and administration in order to improve our school for the future.
I attended Warwick high school during the COVID years as an IB student. I was separated from the general population of the school, so I did not get a full experience of how it was. However, the hallways are always crowded, students are constantly cursing, and there are consistent fights and the like. The IB teachers are excellent, but I cannot speak for the general teachers. The administration is terrible. Though they try their best, there is not much that can be fixed by the policies they attempt to put in. Corporal punishment is frequent and often unexplained.
Hi, I'm a current student at Warwick Highschool and I can truthfully say that my experience at Warwick Highschool has been pretty well. After facing a series of turbulent events in a previous school(Lots of Bullying&discrimination)I was really scared entering my freshman year of highschool.I did a lot of research about the different schools available in my area and settled on Warwick because of their medical program.I really don't know if highschool is generally is just more chill but I must say that Warwick was not a disappointment. In accordance to my experience,Warwick High School has an amazing staff full of lovely teachers; their after school program is great and really came in handy.Junior year,I had the opportunity to apply for a program at NHREC; I was able to earn my certificate in physical therapy last year and I am currently an SMA in the butter farm campus. In conclusion my overall experiences at Warwick High School was pretty great!
