There was not enough for all students to participate such as clubs and after-school activities. If there were some, they were not very inviting.
During my time at Walter Stiern Middle School I have really been able to engage with the teachers lessons. Most teachers I had put in more work than they had to. All were knowledgeable and helped struggling students. They effectively made use of time in classroom to collaborate with the students knowledge over the lesson presented to them.
The teachers were mostly distant. The school had a lot of problems with the behavior of the students. As such, the teachers did there best to keep their distance.
