Arts teacher was a gem. i appreciate her a lot now that i'am older and looking back. She is a wonderful and caring and EXCELLENT teacher. Hopefully the art department is still there because she sure had a positive influence on me that remains to this day!

The school culture used to be very good and as far as I understand, has gone downhill slightly but is still better than most schools. There are many teachers here who care very deeply for the well-being of their students but there are one or two who are either stuck-up or simply don't care.
This school has a fairly pessimistic environment. Both teachers and students alike show no motivation whatsoever which makes for a long and laborious eight hours. The class sizes are very big ranging from 20-26 kids per class and most of the students are dozing off. I won't lie there were some standout teachers there like my French teacher Mrs. Gray, 8th grade English teacher Mr. Olivo, band teacher Mr. Norton, and the assistant principal Mr. Norton who was happy to walk eight graders through the prep school admissions process. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone.
