Waller Highschool is dedicated to building strong relationships and strengthening partnerships with families to work together in promoting high student achievement. I know that parents and families want to make the school a better place for children to learn and grow no matter the race, religion, or socioeconomic status and this school has made me feel nothing, but welcome.
The teachers, counselors, or any employee at Waller High School will gladly guide you towards YOUR goal. Some teachers go far and beyond as well. I recall struggling in school and teachers reaching out to me to check on my health and assure nothing was happening at home. Great memories. This is, of course, a public school so just make sure you don't hang out with the wrong group. This is the only reason I'm taking off a star. The majority of this high school is great though.
I have grown up in Waller my whole life and attended WISD for all my schooling so far. The environment at Waller High is very welcoming and supportive. From teachers, counselors, and administrators, there is always there someone to help you. I am so grateful for the opportunities that are available at the high school, from sports and extracurricular, and clubs. Also all the academic opportunities that are available, from UIL, to honors, to AP to Dual credit at lone star college in tomball. Overall I have been very impressed and honored to have gone to Waller for my high school experience.
