Waldorf School of Pittsburgh Reviews

2 reviews
My son has attended WSP all through the Little Friends program to his current 3rd grade class. We could not be happier with his experience and the school's approach to educating young minds. The focus on educating the whole child through story-telling, movement, hand-work and music in the early years has my son excited to attend school. His teacher, like most Waldorf teachers, gains an intimate knowledge of students because they stay with them through several grades. Each year my son's teacher is able to build upon what he has learned and focus on where he needs improvement based on previous years' work. Speaking with other parents in the school, I hear similar sentiments.

WSP is a great place with caring people. Definitely worth the look.

If you are a person of color, especially African American, you should stay away from this school. I paid thousands of dollars for my son to be traumatized. They do not have the experience or training to deal with race related issues and they failed my son.
