Walden Street School Reviews

2 reviews
Staff are abusive verbally and physically, the teachers don't put in a lot of effort to educate the students and the curriculum is the same every year in every subject no matter what grade a student is in, they only learn algebra 1 and 2 in math, a basic English class, science doesn't include chemistry, there are no electives, they make the girls cook lunch and dinner and the portions are very small. I went hungry the entire 2 years I was there. All the staff are on a power trip and are just there because they like to have a sense of control and take out their anger on young women that have to take it or face terrible consequences, such as being restrained and held down in a small room for hours at a time, being watched 24/7, being restricted to their rooms for months at a time, not being allowed to speak to other students.
