My time at Wahconah was really nothing special. Overall, it's a pretty average high school with pretty average teachers and student body. However, there is nothing really memorable about the school and is in fact lacking proper funding and time for many departments outside of the core studies. I also found it hard at times to work with staff and administration concerning my future career options and college applications.

It was an average school that didn’t offer anything too special. There was nothing to memorable but, some of the teachers were quite good and actually cared about their students success. They started to integrate into a more modern school, offering some online classes, some of which were very interesting. When I graduated the school still needed a lot of work done, it was not nice to look at and was in need of many repairs/updates. Overall, it was an alright school but if given the chance look elsewhere.
The teachers are really good and really care about their students. It is a really small school so everyone knows everybody. A lot of the students have been in school with each other since elementary school, which can occasionally make them a little closer than those who enter in middle or high school. There are a lot of amazing opportunities that they help you work toward and they have an amazing athletic program. The guidance counselors are awesome and the principle and vice principle are very friendly.
