I absolutely love Wade Hampton. It has strong academics and has challenged me. Furthermore, the teachers are some of the best teachers I have had in my life. However, there are some things that could be improved. First, our sports teams are not great. Of course, we excel at some sports such as basketball and softball, but our football team rarely ever wins. Another thing that could be improved at Wade Hampton is our diversity of clubs. There are some clubs, but there is not much diversity since most of them are service clubs. My school has definitely prepared its students for college through events such as "College Application Day" and the annual college fair. Also, Wade Hampton offers many AP classes that are college level to give students experience of what college classes would be like. Wade Hampton High School won the Blue Ribbon award a couple years ago, and it continues to live up to those standards.

Wade Hampton High was fantastic! I was adeqetely prepared for college and beyond, and formed some wonderful relationships with the faculty and administration. Though the school is fairly large (around 1,700 students), there was a strong sense of community throughout the building, which I think speaks volumes about the culture of the school.

The facilities opened in 2006 or so, and so the building was clean, up to date, and functional.

The clubs and organizations were extremely diverse, remniscent to a small college as far as the choices students had.

Overall, WHHS was top notch. I would certainly choose to attend it if I had to do it all over again!
Pretty average to good high school experience. Never really had too bad of a time at Wade Hampton, and the teachers there really do a great job. Spirit Week is wild, and the student body is a reflection of that. In addition to being a little crazy, a majority of the student body swings to the right politically, which is what you would expect living in South Carolina. However, the Fine Arts Center, which shares the same campus as Wade Hampton has very liberal students, which creates an interesting dynamic of art oriented, left wing students interacting with very conservative, sport-centric students. Kind of a strange environment in that regard, but ive never seen too many people get in an argument about their (or really their parents') political beliefs. But yeah, overall, its pretty decent.
