As a graduate from Volta Elementary, I can say that although Volta was great at times, it hindered my ability to succeed to the fullest. When I went to Volta, the staff was lovely and the teachers really pushed me to be my best, they motivated me and challenged me, however as time passed these teachers lost their fire to continue with that 100% energy I once saw. My brother just recently graduated from Volta and he would always complain to me that the teachers never listened to him, never gave him the compassion that he needed and the will to study at his greatest potential. Teachers would often be mean and sometimes even swear at their students, reported my brother. One of Volta's goals was to fight bullying in any way however did nothing to fight bullying when approached with an actual case apparent within the school. The school did their best to educate students but failed to give them what they deserve.

Some of the teachers were nice. I didn't have a good experience with the students. The lunches were not the best. I would skip it most of the time.
