I am a recent graduate from Visitation Academy, and I can confidently say that it was my second home! I had been there all my life, and there was no other place I would want to go to school. The amazing women in my class always showed me love and support. We grew up together, and I honestly consider all 81 of them my family. The teachers were excellent and had no problem staying late to help me understand a concept. All the teachers wanted to see every single student succeed and would take measures to ensure we exceeded our highest possibilities. Viz holds strong core values and instills them in every single student who walks in. I couldn't thank this school enough for my amazing education, lifelong friends, and for making me the woman I am today. If I could go back and do another 4 years here, I would!
I recently graduated from VIZ. I wholeheartedly had an amazing high school experience. I met 76 girls that I get to call my sisters and met my friends for life. I also received a top-tier education from few of the best teachers and mentors. Visitation Academy has thoroughly prepared me for my college education. I have found myself being able to navigate the workload and teacher expectations in college pretty well and I believe the reason is the atmosphere in which I completed my high school education. The only drawback I can think of us is that the administration department can be difficult to work with sometimes. They forget that they have to cater their ways to educate over 500 young girls and at times it is very much my way or the highway with them. Regardless of the administration issues, I had an amazing adn I would recommend VIZ!
I loved my time at Viz. I came as a freshman and thought it was perfect being able to meet new girls and learn from the few that had been there in middle school as well! I learned quickly how well-rounded and supportive the community is here at Viz and I can’t imagine my life without this place and the beautiful people I met! I created lifelong bonds here and I am forever grateful. One example is in the extracurriculars because everyone is involved in something here. The sports and clubs are so enjoyable. I’ve learned so much and felt so much love here while doing the things I love!
