I have really enjoyed my time here at The Villages Charter School, and am pretty sad about having to leave this year! I have been here since I was 3 years old, so you could say I'm pretty familiar with the area. This school has the best academic availabilities around, allowing me to gain the best education that I ever could have wished for. I have been taking AP, honors, and Dual Enrollment classes for years, definitely helping with my future.

The Villages Charter School is a fun academic learning environment. For someone who has gone to school there my whole life, I think that the rules and regulations are for perfectly fine and have reasoning behind them. Beware, however, if you come from a school with little to no rules this will not be the place for you. Many students find The Villages frustrating due to the rules and politics when it comes to sports and awards. If you don't care about things like those The Villages would be a beautiful place to come to school!
My experience with the Villages Charter School was to be very positive. I am a senior at the Villages Charter School and have been attending this school since second grade. Most of the teachers that attend the school are very good at their job and can really interact with most of the children that attend. However, there seems to be a lack of Flexibility with the classes that you can take and a limited number of classes that are available to you. An example of this is when I wanted to take DE Physics my senior year. They were unable to find a suitable teacher for this class and was forced to take biology instead. The facilities are all very clean and most of the equipment are up to date. Overall I'd say that my experience with the Villages Charter School has given me a chance to grow and develop as a student.
