My son attends Oak Hill School and this is his first year. He is in the JK3 preschool/early childhood program. When my son started school in the fall, he couldn’t be happier to be going to school. He loves Oak Hill. In fact, he truly considers his teachers and friends at Oak Hill his family, and he is only 4 now. The JK3 teachers are so wonderful, especially Mrs. Boyce who has been in Sacred Heart education for many many years. I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher for my son. My child sometimes daydreams and wanders, without regard to teacher instructions. The teachers are not rude or condescending about this behavior, but are working with me to help curb it so he can succeed now and in the future. They truly want success for the children and do not “pass the buck” on what may seem like minor issues at this age. Great program.
Oak Hill strides to find every child’s gifts and talents. They give all students opportunities to receive recognition for their strengths. The atmosphere created by the faculty and teachers is warm and positive... treating all parents and student like family. The curriculum and traditions are enriching and engaging. Students have much opportunity to enjoy their childhood through field trips, assemblies, festivals and celebrations.
