I have attended Victory Christian Academy since the eighth grade. It has shaped me to be the person I am today. I love Victory Christian Academy for many reasons, but there are also other reasons I will probably put my kids into a small public school. I enjoy the christian valued and the christ based education, but there are a lot of downsides to a small private school. The course options are so limited you end up just being put in classes that are close to empty. I feel like I have not learned very much throughout my years here, and I am not very prepared for college. I have had many education mishaps here, but overall my experience has made me a stronger person. I am attending Valparaiso University in the fall and am really looking forward to furthering my education and my christian faith.

I loved how close you got with your fellow peers and teachers. I could always go to my teachers for extra help if I was struggling. They genuinely cared for the students and wanted to see us grow. I wish that they would have offered more dual credit courses, so I could be ahead of the game for college.
What makes this school unique, is that because it's so small, everyone is so closely connected. You can become super close with a lot of people. The teachers also can give extra help to students who sometimes need the extra help. Our athletic programs are exceptionally good. We have won many tournaments and are attending ACSI. My favorite memories, are the memories I have with my classmates. Spending most of my life (Kindergarten-11th grade) with them, has given us many laughs over the years. We were able to look back and remember all the fun times we had as children. I would definitely not trade any other school experience with this one.
