This school is pretty cool. The people who attend, are all easy to get along with. I made a lot of friends by just saying something we had in common. I wish the food would change though. I mean it's still good but it wouldn't hurt for more food items to be added to the menu. The teachers are awesome! They will all help you out through anything you need which is a good thing because they're chill. Security is good , I get along with a security named Sal. The people here are hard workers and very intelligent. The education here is especially good. Overall the subject I like the most is Algebra. The people here treat you respectfully, nobody will want to cause drama because it's just not worth it.

It was great. The staff respected students, but were strict and enforced the rules when necessary. I remember a lot was going on and I felt overwhelmed at times. That's mostly because of my severe social anxiety. However, my teachers took the time to address my predicament. All throughout high school I was treated with kindness by patient staff and teachers, which I really appreciated. Moreover, the teachers actually cared if their students grasped the material presented to them. They took the time and offered help after hours even. We were always reassured by our teachers. Sports were awesome. There was so much camaraderie at football games, everyone was so excited to be there. There was always an air of positivity and enthusiasm within the school. Never was I ever dreading going to class. Furthermore, the food served for breakfast and lunch was great. Not the best quality, but still good. And don't get me started on the lunch ladies. They were awesome and always cracking jokes.
At VMHS, my experience has always been great. I’ve never had any terrible experiences in campus. The teachers I’ve had since my freshman year have all been so amazing. One teacher in particular has always helped me in my academics to further succeed. He’s always helped me when I needed tutoring, etc. That’s what I love about the VMHS teachers. They’re always so glad to help their students. Building greats bonds and relationships with your teachers is key. And at VMHS, building bonds with your teachers, never seems to fail.
On the other hand, I would like to see more diversity and activity inclusion for all students and staff. I am a senior now, so I’d like to see more diversity for the incoming students and future staff.
I’d love to see VMHS use their funds wisely too!
