My experience at Vero Beach High School has been nothing short of amazing. I have loved every second whether that be getting a long lecture from one of my teachers or sitting in the bleachers with my best friends watching the football game. Vero Beach High has opened my eyes to so many opportunities with teachers always doing what's best for their kids, and also teachers helping me decide on colleges and a path that fits me. I have met some of my best friends that I will associate with for life here and have created bonds that will never be broken. One thing however I would like to see change is the food! That is my only complaint over the years, those couple days I didn't pack lunch and had to get school lunch, I was not a fan. However, the food is still there and very healthy if students desire to get school lunch.

Vero Beach High School excels at making students feel at home. The teachers ensure the best possible education and make the classrooms feel like small 50-minute families. I'm extremely lucky to attend such a high school. I feel completely prepared for college because my guidance counselor helped me stay on track the whole time I was applying to colleges. We went through a lot of changes this year, including switching teachers and gaining a new superintendent for the district. Even though a lot had changed, I still felt comfortable and safe at VBHS.
This school is dedicated to the arts and desires every student to succeed! Each day, I was engaged to learn tough subjects, yet encountered aid from multiple teacher and student resources.
