Vermilion Catholic is a small parochial school located in Abbeville, Louisiana. I have three children who have graduated from VC. One of the sayings in the school is "We are a family" and that is very much true. The administration and staff knew my children by name and would go out of their way for them. If the kids got sick, they cared for them until someone could get to them. If they did poorly in a class, someone was there to tutor them. The environment is steeped in religion. All students at VC have a relationship with the parish priest and he knew each of them by name. I could not have chosen a better place for my children to attend high school. Go Eagles!

I loved being a part of this school. It's not the biggest school, but that is what makes it so unique. From the second you walk in, the administrators, faculty, and student body welcome you like one big family.
Great atmosphere of teachers who want their student to be immersed in learning. Always available when you need help. Great opportunities for extra curricular learning. Great family environment.
