I went here when I was pregnant in high school expecting I'd have to graduate late with my son on my hip. Instead, I had teachers who taught me what I needed and cared about whether what they were teaching me was relevant or understandable. The teachers here are what made it amazing. They helped me graduate a few months early and I was able to take a couple months off from school before starting at a local college in the summer. If you're struggling in the standard school system in this district, go to the academy. It's well worth it to give change a try.

Since this is my first year here and last I cant criticize that much but interns of an overall first impression it was a pleasurable experience.
Work with the students very close. Its a very good school to get students ready for the real world. It is a very small school so it makes things nice for the students.
