I went to Valley View High School for the full 4 years and recently graduated in 2018. Overall, it was an eye opening experience. I made friends, gained extended amounts of knowledge, and created fond memories. The teachers want to see their student's excel, and the school is very welcoming. I developed Social Anxiety Disorder my Junior year and it made it difficult to attend school, but thanks to the understanding staff, they helped me mold into the young adult I am today, and taught me that I can do anything I set my mind to. The Performing Arts Department especially helped me realize my true passion for Musical Theatre. It is now my major! Of course I had my ups and downs there, but that is just a part of growing up. I do not regret attending this school. It helped me to find who I am, my purpose in the world, and my true calling.

Throughout my four years of attending Valley View High school, I have learned many new skill, created new relationship, and gained new knowledge towards my future life. Something that impressed me as a student at Valley View High School is the amazing teachers. The teachers really take the time to educate their students and create a safe environment for students to learn. Another amazing thing about this school is the amount of clubs and extracurricular activities they offer; these activities exciting, but they really bring the community of students together. One vital tool offered here is the course AVID which prepares students for college and motivates students to pursue a higher education. Moreover, Valley View High School is an exceptional school that builds its students up through it's school culture and academic resources to prepare students for their future.
My high school experience was very good because the school is very festive and has a lot of school spirit. I really like that about the school, and very luckily met some really nice people but of course the atmosphere there is not always that great and have met a few people who are not that nice and the administration could have some better staff working there. But of course the school pushes you to strive far and beyond and helps you push yourself to strive for better. But I think the school should also have more insight on what the students want then what they want. Some students don't want to go to college or can't and I think the school should be more inclusive of that . Also should focus on their students more and about their health instead of trying to be number 1 in the school district.
