I like that at Valley High School there are many academic opportunities and many fun events for students to interact with staff and other students! I think I would change the way of keeping our campus clean, many students take in consideration the well of our school, but others decide to treated like they shouldn't have a nice environment.

I love it here at Valley. Before transferring to Valley, I was miserable. The first initial step on campus made me feel a sense of belonging. I personally am apart of multiple sports and have a very good relationship with the coaches and athletic directs. They are great people who care about the student-athletes, on the field/court, in the classroom, and in life. The teachers are amazing. They care about the student's future. On-campus there are multiple academies that provide college and career readiness. There is the Engineering Academy, New Media Academy, Culinary Academy, Automotive Academy, VAPA Academy, Global Business Academy, and the Anteater Academy. There are rarely any safety issues at Valley. With the district security officers, I feel safe and secure. Valley also has a wide variety of clubes ranging from Star Wars Club to Key Club.
I think what made Valley High School fun was me being involved in all sorts of clubs and sports. Additionally, the teachers there are very supportive and help you through everything. It's challenging but they will help you every step of the way. The staff are all very friendly and most are bilingual, which is awesome to have for those who only speak one language. However, I would like to see more cooperation between the staff because they tend to not work together to be on the same page, especially for the Anteater Academy. The Anteater Academy has a great purpose, which I like, but some changes I would like to see about it would be to have student panels from students in the academy from previous years so they can ask questions and see how things work in college.
