Valley High School is a very nice school to attend. It offers a lot of college classes, and advanced classes for the student to take. It also allows students, that are seniors, to work in the office as office assistants. In this school district, they have school from 8:00am-3:30pm Tuesday through Friday. The teaching staff is very nice, and the school offers tutoring after school for those who want to attend. Valley High School offers a lot of clubs and activities for the students to get involved with at school. For clubs they offer FBLA, FFA, SkillsUSA, FLK, ACE, Key Club, Student Council, Interact, Mathelets, FCCLA, LULAK, and Special Olympics. Valley Special Olympics is the best program Valley has to offer for students who are above and beyond others. Just this last year, Valley has won the Special Olympic Basketball Tournament, and recently added a new wheelchair team to the Valley Special Olympics team. All students of all kinds are welcome to join the Valley Vikings.

Valley is a very small and intimate school with fairly small class sizes that allow students to connect and develop a positive relationship with their teachers and other faculty members. Most of the students know of one another and have known each other for years. The community is really tight and is able to come together when needed, creating a must more productive and positive learning environment. Most teachers truly show how they love teaching and connect with and help their students as much as possible.
It’s a good school for you if you like small farm towns. There are some issues with administration. It’s a small campus, but easy to navigate. There could be more funding for the drama department at Valley. I’ve seen and heard that some of the coaches lack leadership. They have an amazing Link Crew Club.
