USC Hybrid High is a small school where the student can personally reach out to there teachers when they need help. The students can go on there own pace. For example, the student can attend office hours, workshops, tutoring, and more if they're behind. If there is a club that a student wants to be apart of, but the school doesn't have that club, the student can be the ones to start that club. For seven years straight, the school has had 100% college acceptance rate. We focus on getting the students accepted to at least one four year college/university. We also have one of the college counselors check in with the students while they are in college/university; this prevents the students to feel alone in their college experience.

I can still remember how I had no clue where I would go after middle school. My mother found a post about USC Hybrid High on facebook. One interview and a set of tests I became of a student of Hybrid High. I was able to get through my high school year with tremendous grades, despite many setbacks. My mother passed away during my Junior year. It was hard but I was able to pull through. I was given the opportunity to be a Posse scholar at Pepperdine University. Just like my mother Posse and Hybrid High saw potential that I have yet to discover.
My overall experience in Usc Hybrid High as been significant from the day I started attending there. I transfered to Hybrid High in my Sophomore year. At first I left awkward, but many of the staff members and students made me feel welcomed. I can truly say that Usc Hybrid is a welcoming school. It is also a great school to attend to if your goal is to go to a 4 year College/ University. Their each year for the graduating class is to have a 100% acceptance right, so far they have been able to achieve that for the past few years. The change that I would like to see in Usc Hybrid High is them offering more Ap Classes.
