I am so grateful for my time at Ursuline! The teachers and staff are friendly and supportive and show genuine interest in their students. The classes were engaging and challenging. I felt well prepared for the transition to college. Ursuline offers competitive athletic teams as well as impressive theater and arts programs. There are also many opportunities for spiritual growth and an emphasis on community service. The unique schedule taught me invaluable time management skills. Most importantly, this all girls school empowered me as a young woman and I graduated with life long friends, the courage to use my voice, and the invaluable gift of a Catholic education.

Ursuline Academy is easily one of the most difficult but rewarding experiences of my life thus far. UA has pushed me to be the best person that I can be both academically and personally. I've made friends who have changed my life and met teachers who inspired a love of learning. Because of Ursuline, I have gotten into every college that I have heard back from so far and am confident that I will get into the other colleges that I applied to. However, it is not perfect. Like any school, there are some things that could be improved. The freshman and sophomore counselors, though clearly having good intentions and are knowledgeable about Ursuline, are not always the best people to turn to and are not always approachable. That said, the senior/junior college counselors are PHENOMENAL. They are very helpful, approachable, and all around wonderful people. Because of Ursuline, I am ready to take on the world!
Ursuline Academy is a private, Catholic, all-girls school with exceptional academics, and astounding service and club opportunities. However, the one trait that sets an Ursuline education apart is the community that comes with it. Senior year was supposed to be the best year of my high school career; going to senior prom, celebrating my last spirit week, graduating, etc. Unfortunately, Ursuline had to promptly shut down school and all trips and activities at the onset of the deadly COVID-19 virus. This was truly devastating, however, my senior class has come together over various social media platforms in order to continue supporting each other. Faculty members even combined with seniors to make a video sending the class of 2020 their love and prayers. The community and bonds that have been built between every member of my class are unmatched. Because of the amazing community found at Ursuline Academy, love and sisterhood has truly prevailed during this difficult time.
