I really enjoyed the brotherhood and unity within Urban Prep. The support is amazing and it's basically set up for you to be successful. Urban Prep has lot to offer, and most importantly Urban Prep is going to get you into a 4 year college or University. One thing I'll miss leaving UP is the support we have from the time school starts til it ends.Eventhough it may be all males, it's actually a great thing!!!! The only thing I may counter argue with Urban Prep is that I think they don't really get us college ready, they more so just get us into a college or University. But besides the negative, my school is amazing with lots of help, support, love, unity, and positivity flowing. From the staff, to the teachers, to the principal,to the CEO UP has treated me with respect.Given me lots of opportunities, help in life, and something to look forward to which is greatness!!!!

At Urban Prep, I had the honor of going to this school to become a young black man. Firstly, in my freshman year I was weirdly social to my peers. Although I was weird, I had A's and B's on my report card. Throughout that year I made connections with students and teachers that helped me talk more and have more confidence in myself. Secondly, in my sophomore year I gained my first straight A's on my report card in high school. Throughout that year, the school provided the students and I to learn technology. Thirdly, in my junior year I started to hit reality. Throughout the year, I was studying for the SAT. In addition, I reached for the opportunity to get college credits early. The school gave me all their support through the SAT process and early college courses. In conclusion I like Urban Prep because they help me gain some of my confidence, created multiple relationships with students and teachers, and provided the material to be ready for college and the real world.
my experience at urban prep was rather amazing, I was in the top 10% of my senior class. From freshman year I always worked hard and tried my best at whatever i did. I was vice president of national honors society. I was active at student events and i was a tutor for students who fell behind in classes that were hard for them . What i want to see change at urban prep is more reliable electronics that the students can use and rely on .
