I transferred to Milwaukee to pursue a business degree with a major in finance. Milwaukee has been great! This is a positive environment to learn and achieve goals as well as find yourself and what you like to do. Also, I feel safe here being in a 'city' environment. The teachers give great real life input and suggestions on how to help you achieve your mission at UWM.

I like it overall, especially the environment in school. In my opinion, most students follow the same academic program, with few choices or electives(GER) until they get to their major in final year or two. I like to meet all the international students and teachers in the campus because it make me feel comfortable that not only me (from different country). The school also has many helpful events for students, for example job fair, careers organization, music, tour, etc
University School of Milwaukee provides an incredible education with small class sizes and resources that really allow teachers to focus on the individual needs of the students. They are very focused on sports and STEM academics leaving something to be desired in the arts department administratively, but the arts teachers are as dedicated as they come and really help to foster a passion within their students.
