I have been at Uhigh for 13 years and I have made a lot of great friends and memories! I love my teachers, however, some of them are a little strict over the dress code. Besides my friends, I will miss my teachers the most! I made the best bonds with them and I feel like I can go to them for anything! They care about their students! Your work ethic has to be very strong and high to go here, but it’s worth it in the end because I will have 18 credits when I go to college! I am involved in 10 different fun, welcoming clubs and I am on the women’s soccer team! The Laboratory School provides a lot of opportunities for their students as well. Seniors have the option of getting out of school at 12:40, which is really helpful when there are college applications due. One thing I would acknowledge Uhigh to invest in would be a bigger school parking lot. Some people are unable to find parking when they get to school at a reasonable time. Overall, it has been a great place for me to grow!
U-High is school where you can be yourself. There is a place for anyone and everyone. The teachers really care for the students. They will help as much as they can and will sometimes tutor for free. I went to U-High junior year of high school and felt like I fit right in. I made a lot of friends and good relationships. Everyone there is welcoming and kind. The coaches are also great. I played football and soccer, and I got to know the coaches very well. Overall, U-High is a great school.
I love the school, the atmosphere, the education is great!! I don’t have any complaints, other than the fact I wish the teachers were more qualified.
