I love United Christian Academy! I would not change anything. The teachers are really helpful and the student culture is great. The school helps me be College-ready because of the block schedule. Not many schools have that. The parents are really involved in this school with thanksgiving feast, mock trial, and other clubs. Thank you parents! This school is awesome, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in joining.
I appreciate my teachers' constant approach to make me feel valued by listening to my ideas and questions. I am comfortable with my teachers and friends on campus; my teachers rarely belittle or talk down on me, but rather encourage me to speak up and constantly ask me questions to me sure that I am alright and understanding concepts. In a Christian community, they teach heavily on how to represent God's character, with a helpful and casual manner; they don't teach us how to force beliefs onto others, but to focus on self-awareness and not judging nonbelievers. I enjoyed going on spiritual retreats and connecting with nature. Going to the mountains would help me get closer to God while engaging with other students. I enjoy many memories of the school that lead me to understand that not every Christian is the same and how important it is to set an example of Christianity by making others feel valued without seeking to be rewarded.
The school has a great campus life, and we get to experience many rallies and events outside of the classroom setting. I would keep in mind that the campus is smaller than the average school, and has less students, so not as many programs are found at this school. None the less, I love the school for how unique it is. I feel college ready, and the school offers Microsoft classes that will benefit me in the future. The food is excellent, and I find myself in the cafe often to enjoy all of the great meals and amazing social life that you can gain from students at the school. Teachers and administrators are very patient with me, and gladly help me along my academic journey in every class. I have had an amazing experience every year at this school, and I am gladly awaiting the next year I get to spend on campus. I believe my school is a great place for many other students to begin their academic journey because my school is focused on seeing and helping you succeed.
