Teachers are very knowledgeable about the subjects they teach. It is easy to get a hold of them or meet them outside of class by email or by visiting office hours. Rubrics and grading are consistent and fair. Teachers will go out of their way to make sure you understand material. I've had a teacher in the past create youtube videos that we can look at for extra studying outside the classroom for certain subjects. Teachers care about their students and their success.
