I loved the teachers at Tuslaw, very understanding and encouraging! While I was down they picked me up. When I needed a helping hand they extended both of theirs to me. I could go on and on about how amazing things are there but there is one fault, the students. Within the school there are cliches like nobody's business although everybody knows everybody you are pretty separated among your peers.
My experience at Tuslaw has been an experience to always remember. I have been attending Tuslaw since Kindergarten. Ever since I have been at Tuslaw, they have always found a way to make everyone feel at home and loved. If you don’t have money for lunch? It’s okay they will pay for your lunch that day. Tuslaw will always put the students in front of their own.
I really enjoyed having video calls to check in with each other, and all of the teachers seemed to really care about us. The administration made sure we were all doing what we were supposed to and kept everything flowing smoothly.
