My experience wasn’t the greatest, the school is poor and has lack of activity for students. Their is no pride or school spirit in students because they are not proud to represent there school. What is nice is the small classes so more one on one with teachers and everyone knows everyone. With everyone knowing everyone there is a lot of drama and fights and bullying. Many students drop out or move so classes get smaller and smaller.

Tucumcari High is definitely not the best high school to attend. Out of school involvement is almost non-existent, our sports teams continue to struggle, and it seems like the staff hates their jobs just as much as we hate school.
In my opinion, one of the best things about this school is the Dual-Enrollment Program. This program allows students to take college classes in HIGH SCHOOL. Thanks to this program, I will have an associates degree before I receive my high school diploma.
