I’ve seen a lot of change and growth through multiple administrations at THSPA. The last 3 years have finally started the school in the direction that it has needed for a long time, to become a full performing arts school. The implementation of things like Harvard Instructional Rounds to improve instruction, master classes, new AP courses, students working w/ TCA, and a huge positive school culture shift by students and staff, has put THSPA on a path of discovery and success like never before. The teachers work very hard and care deeply for the students. The students are discovering new things each day, focused on growth opportunities, not failures. This is the place to be for students striving for academic and performing excellence!

I have been at Tuacahn for four years, and it has been a stunning experience! The teachers and staff are amazing, and though administration has changed several times, the student body and teachers have all remained part of the same Tuacahn family, supportive, creative, and innovative. The teachers all have real-world experience in their fields to better help students understand and prepare for their experience after high school. Tuacahn has turned out so many excellent Alumni for dance, theater, and arts. The school is also in a non-traditional location, built next to a nationally recognized outdoor amphitheater in Tuacahn Canyon, and incredibly close to Snow Canyon State park, I go to school with a breathtaking view of brilliant red rocks and mountains. This experience is unlike any other!
I absolutely loved my time at THSPA! It was a wonderful environment, and I was excited to go to school everyday. The teachers really care about the students, and most of them are very skilled in their respective fields.
