Troy High School is a wonderful school that gives student a quality education that pushes them and prepares them for the future in college. There are many teachers that truly care about you, and there are various programs, such as the Troy Tech Program, which allows students to find out more about the careers that they want to pursue in the future through internships. However, although Troy High School boasts amazing academics, the overall school culture and other aspects of education other than academics must be changed for the better. As the upcoming junior class president, I see that not a lot of students are involved in school activities because of the rigors of Troy. In addition, as a member of the varsity tennis team, I can see that different sports need more funding for members to thrive. Ultimately, Troy is an amazing place, but it still needs to work on providing a balanced education of academics, involvement, and diversity to support the leaders of the future.

Troy High School is a magnet school located in Fullerton, CA. The school is academically rigorous and pushes students past what they think they can handle. The teachers are extremely intelligent, but sometimes they can care too much about grades rather than helping the students. The competitive environment can be good and bad for some students. Some people are motivated when the environment is competitive, while others get slowed down. I think the campus is very diverse with an excellent academic and sports program. I personally have learned the most I have ever learned in my high school career. Though it was difficult for me at times, I learned how to be resilient, and this hardworking mindset will definitely make it easier for me in college. I think Troy High School over prepares its students for college, with great tools and habits that they would be able to carry with them. Overall, if you are looking for a rewarding challenge, then Troy High School is the school for you.
Troy High School is a highly ranked school in California in academics and athletics. It also provides a ton of clubs to join and exhilarating school events. Additionally, the administration and the students are always respectful and kind so the setting is always content. From the moment you step in and out of the campus, there are people that make sure that you are recognized. I realized that soccer at this school is highly spoken of and most players play on D1, D2, and D3 colleges. Personally, I try to keep up with the generous community so I sometimes slip a kind note into one's textbook or locker hoping that it makes their day. Although, there is not an array of diversity. Typically, I see more asians and whites but that is probably because of the location. The campus is also a bit smaller and tight compared to the other schools that are located in Fullerton, California. Other than that, one is guaranteed excitement and a pleasurable 4 years at Troy High School.
