Trinity High School falls into the cliché of private schools with a horrendous teaching staff and administration. Few of the teachers were truly well versed in their subjects and did not do a good job at preparing their students for AP tests. However, the teachers do seem to truly care about the students. The administration was hard to work with and were not helpful in the college admission process, especially when it came to transfer students. The school is really only equipped to deal with students who attend the high school for all four years. Additionally, the school utilizes overly strict policies which are extremely outdated, and has strange class requirements, including a policy in which all students must take PE every year, including athletes, for the simple reason that if they did not require athletes to participate, no one would.
I loved the small-school atmosphere and having the ability to get to know all of my classmates. I participated in sports and had so much fun, all the coaches are awesome! The school has an exciting school spirit and is very supportive of all of it's students. I would like to see some of the rules changed, they seemed unnecessary and out to date. Students got in trouble for being caught with their cell phone, but technology is an important part of learning in todays world. Some of the teachers have been there forever and seem to be getting lazy.
Loved the small school experience with devoted caring teacher. Also a lot of clubs and leadership opportunities!
