A loving, accepting atmosphere, small classrooms, and great teachers who really care about their students. Students are taught to think, be creative, speak publicly, and to respectfully defend their faith/beliefs/political views, etc. Lots of memorization early on, which prepares you for studying down the road. Depending on grade level, the work can be challenging . Eleventh grade is by far the most difficult. I would like to see a standard lesson plan followed by teachers that teach the same subject. For example, the same class taught by two different teachers should never vary in content or difficulty.

I could not have asked for a better high school experience than TCA. Although the school is not excellent in diversity or outstanding in athletics, the academics and learning environment were unbelievable. My first year of college was easier than my senior year of high school due to the academic excellence and integrity that TCA is committed to.
Trinity has cutting edge academics. The classes are rigorous, but I can’t imagine an environment where I would learn more or learn the material better. With the option of independent study, and with teachers so knowledgeable on a multitude of levels, the opportunities are endless.
