We can’t say enough amazing things about TCA! We recently transferred from another popular private school in Dallas and we are so very thankful! The curriculum is absolutely second to none. If you want your child to have a very high level education and learn biblical principles look no further!

Not a welcoming school. Especially the athletic side. Also saw them treat their visitors abominably. Would not recommend it.
I have attended Trinity Christian Academy, a private school in Addison, Texas, since I was in kindergarten, and it has been a great school for me. It is a college preparatory school and it has a great academics program. It especially teaches students to write well, placing them ahead of their peers when they enter a university. It offers many honors and AP classes, preparing students for harder college courses. The teachers are great, constantly helping students when they need assistance, and the student are compassionate and willing to help others as well.
TCA has provided me a phenomenal education. I feel completely equipped to attend college next year at a top 50 university. The teachers are extremely dedicated and seek out personal relationships with each student, which is possible because of the small class sizes. I have attended TCA for twelve years, and I am very satisfied with my education.
I feel like we have the perfect student body. It is just the right amount of people for a school and allows for incredible connections and allows the administration to allow special privileges unavailable to larger schools while still allowing for the experience of meeting new people. Bullying is basically unheard of.
Trinity Christian Academy was incredible because they were not only interested in just giving me an amazing education, but they were dedicated to developing "the whole person." The teachers there are inspiring and personal. They desire to help you fully comprehend and learn, but they also want to walk through life with you.
Academically the best of the best. Everyone has a great opportunity to participate in all school activities. Christian-centered, and a very at ease environment.
Trinity Christian Academy is a wonderful school full of good students and excellent teachers and administrators. The diversity of the students enrolled at the school is a little disappointing but the teachers are very good and genuinely care about the children and their education and betterment. For a private, college preparatory school, Trinity Christian Academy certainly lives up to its positive reputation.
Education wise, I truly believe I would not be the same student with the same critical-thinking skills if I had not attended TCA. Numerous teachers and faculty poured their all into helping me pursue deeper thinking and love for learning. However, the school I attended is no longer the school that exists today. I believe the quality of education no longer matches the price. Additionally, while it is a safe space to be Christian, I do not think it actively helps kids pursue a stronger walk with Christ.
TCA is a great place to get smarter academicly and spiritually. I have learned so much during my time there. The sport programs are amazing with amazing coaches especially in football and basketball. The teachers truly care about you and how much you learn about God and academics. I Excelled so much at sports, academics and my faith in God in those years there!
I went to TCA from K-12 and had such an amazing experience and feel it truly prepared me academically, socially and spiritually.
I dislike Trinity Christian Academy because it has not let highly intelligent children advance into harder classes as with a 6th grader that knows trigonometry by studying with her own resources. I also know a 6th grader that knows MO theory. I have been bored in all my years at this school and I am not satisfied with how the education has been. I also extremely dislike the fact that the principal has not let children do off-campus P.E in 5th and 6th grade. It was (and is) stressful when younger students had to work late into the night (i.e. 11 PM.) Another middle schooler swims 2-2 1/2 hours a day and can beat school records set by high schoolers. The teachers were mediocre, and they showed obvious bias towards certain students in my era. One of the things that stuck out most to me though, was an AD that they made LOWER SCHOOL students do by yelling, “We love TCA!” I was forced to do it and extremely disliked the school after that.
Each school has its strengths and weaknesses, and at TCA I think they capture the most important strengths essential to an education and successfully love the children that go through its halls.
I love the teachers at Trinity Christian Academy the most. They are intentional about helping you be the best you can be inside and outside of the classroom, regardless if you come to them first. They are truly one of a kind.
Our daughter has blossomed in the lower school at TCA. She is advancing at an incredible rate and her teachers do an incredible job continuing to challenge her day after day based on what she is ready for on an instructional level. I have seen the real ways that her teachers care for her as an individual and as a child of God. At conference, the teacher was able to tell us about her compassionate spirit to her peers and gave us several different stories of times when she had seen and encouraged her Christlike spirit. I have seen the counselor meet another student at the front door to talk with a student whose dog had died the evening before. I have seen the Head of School ask a 3rd-grade child in the hallway how his grandmother is doing because she had heard that she had broken a hip. They know and care deeply for every individual child, and the results are incredible. If you can at all, send your child here. It will be the best parenting decision you've ever made.
One thing that I love about TCA is both the teachers and the community. I truly know that each teacher invests time outside of class to make sure that all students feel like an essential part of the community and that they understand the material . The attitude and work ethic of my fellow classmates help me feel involved in addition to multiple groups and clubs that you can be a part of.
Love TCA! I would definitely recommend it to any parents looking for a strong Christian school with great people.
The education I received from this school was absolutely one of the greatest gifts my parents could have given me. I can say with deep confidence that their commitment to developing the whole person is second to none. I had teachers who cared about me as a person and went above and beyond to ensure I was actually learning and learning how to learn. I can also say that a disproportionate amount of the young men in my grade have gone on to become phenomenally successful in both their lives and careers.
Awesome experience here. I love this school with everything I have. Trinity prepares you so much for life and college. Every school has its negatives, and trinity is no exception. However the positives certainly outweigh the negatives. I’ve gone to this school since the 3rd grade and I’m so glad I came here. I was able to build/strengthen my faith and my academic knowledge. I would recommend this school for all.
I had a great experience. There are many great people there, students and teachers. The administration was supportive. I enjoyed the size of the school, but that also means that there were only a few clubs. There could also be a bit too much busywork in some classes, but those are my only issues with the school.
