I entered in the middle of my tenth grade year. Not only did I feel welcomed by the students but also by the teachers. I felt at home the second I came to TAPA and not only does it have the best chances to do something you like but the teachers there try their best to help you out. Not just in performing arts but also in your academics. This school definitely prepared me for college and helped me feel confident enough that anything that crosses my way I can do it myself. Even after graduation they still care about you and check in on you. They still care about helping you and welcome you to visit anytime. Best school in Providence in my opinion!

This school can use major improvement. I hear a lot of complaints not only from students about this school, but also from parents and alumni as well. The improvement starts with the staff. I hope in time that the staff steps back and looks at themselves to see what they can do to fix what is wrong with their school.
I have attended this school since I first entered the seventh grade and I can honestly say that this school has not only prepared me for college but for the life afterwards. Without the help of the teachers and staff at this school I would have never realized my potential as an artist and I would have never been a holder of 4 state titles in the arts. I plan to continue to pursue my studies in the arts and explore the study of law in the college that I choose in the near future.
