This school has been a great help to our kids. The bi-lingual aspect has been fantastic as well as the teachers really seem to genuinely care about the kids. I think the amount of adaptations that they have done in order to keep their doors open has been nothing short of miraculous. I also think that the staff goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are learning and that they stay on top of their assignemnts. There are a few issues though that could be helpful to parents in the future if they are considering placing their kids in the school- pick up at the end of the day needs major work. The overlap between the parents is atrocious and that causes a major amount of stress at the end of the day for just about everyone involved. The other issue is that no matter the time day or night you get texts from the school reminding you about anything and everything. It can be a bit overwhelming to have constant reminders popping up, at least stay in the business hours please!
I have rarely seen a school with such a loving environment. The staff are all friendly, kind and inclusive. The students are loving and helpful, and my kids were welcomed into a environment where they were able to succeed for the first time ever. We moved to the USA this year after living for the past decade overseas, and our kids are going to school for the first time in the USA. They have encountered challenge after challenge living overseas and have found the loving atmosphere at Tree of Life to be just what was needed to help them overcome. I will be forever grateful for the experience here, and what our kids have learned about becoming better people, and the launching pad they were given into life in the USA by being given a chance by educators who were both patient and advocates for my children. It truly takes a village and my kids have found theirs!
